This is a painting,it has swirl marks you can feel on the surface.It is framed and the painting inside the mat measures approximately 24"x30" .
It has to be a few inches bigger if taken out of frame.
It is signed in pencil.
Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine painting?
I have the same one, with the same frame and signature. I believe it's a reproduction.
